Thank you for your interest in adopting a pet from Oregon Humane Society! It sounds like you are looking to adopt a particular pet. We suggest keeping an eye on our website here. All our adoptable pets can be located on our website once they are available. The website is updated every evening around 5:30PM to 7:00PM.  

Our shelters are open for walk-in viewing every day from 10:00am to 7:00pm and meet and greets are first-come-first-serve walk-in based between 10am-6:30pm. We recommend coming in earlier in the day for the best chance at having an available adoption specialist for a meet and greet.  

Information about our adoption process can be found on our website here. Bringing home a pet is a family decision, so we encourage you to bring the whole family and other decision-makers. If you're thinking about adopting a dog, don't forget a leash!
