Hello,
Thank you for reaching out to schedule spay/neuter services with the Community Veterinary Hospital. We have filled all available appointments at this time. We apologize that you were not able to access the services you need for your pet.
Unfortunately, the demand for low-cost spay/neuter is far exceeding our capacity. We know this is frustrating and are working as quickly as possible to care for pets and help the people who love them.
Here are some additional things that may be helpful for you to know about booking a spay/neuter appointment at the Community Veterinary Hospital.
- Appointments are released on the last Monday of each month at 10 a.m. and typically fill up within 10-20 minutes of being posted.
- Booking online is the only way to secure an appointment. We cannot schedule over the phone or in person.
- There will likely be a big increase in phone calls on the day that appointments are released, so hold times may be longer. It’s important to note that reaching one of our client service representatives on the phone does not increase your chances of getting an appointment.
We ask for your patience as we work through the surge in demand for our services. In the meantime, here are two other resources in our community for low-cost spay / neuter.
Here are some other vets that may be able to offer this procedure at a lower-than-normal cost:
Please note, these facilities have not been vetted by OHS, please research and contact at your own discretion.
