We completely understand your frustration and want to assure you that we are still committed to helping our community, especially those who need our services most. We’ve been doing everything we can to keep costs as low as possible, but due to rising expenses and financial pressures, we are facing an unavoidable increase in our prices for spay and neuter services.
We know this impacts our community, and it’s not a decision we made lightly. Historically, we’ve absorbed much of the cost to provide services at a lower price, but in order to keep offering care to as many people as possible, we have to adjust the fees. We want to continue helping, and we are exploring ways to offer discounts or assistance to individuals facing financial hardships.
