Salem Trap Neuter Return (TNR) Program

Many local resources, including Oregon Humane Society, offer TNR programs.

Qualifying cats are feral, stray, barn or abandoned cats who are not living with a human family. Owned cats do not qualify.

Our Salem Campus offers TNR services to community cats from any region on an appointment basis.

  • Appointment requests must be made through our website or in-person
  • We request $50 donation per cat for public TNR appointments
  • All TNR appointments are on Mondays only (holidays skipped)
  • All cats must come in a live-release trap – we have trap rentals for $50
  • Cats who arrive in a carrier will be declined
  • All surgeries include an FVRCP and rabies vaccines, deworming, flea treatment, and ear-tip (required)
