Must be a resident of Multnomah, Washington, Clark, or Clackamas counties.
Washington residents on Oregon Health Plan (OHP or Medicaid) approved.
Client must bring ID and a government-issued cart to appointment.
Social security does not quality for any subsidy or discount, but someone on Social Security may quality for low income.
