If a client requests refills of medications, copies of prescriptions (internal or external), or has any questions regarding medication, send a memo to the CVH Pharmacy group in ezyVet or transfer the call to extension 321.

NEVER send copies of prescriptions to clients, outside veterinarians, or pharmacies. Emailing prescriptions is against the law.
