Accessing the Patient Portal

When a client is unable to access their patient portal, CRC can confirm their email address and reset their password.

  1. From the client’s profile, select “Related Records.”
  2. Select “Accounts” and double-check on the “Customer Credentials” window.

  1. Confirm email, reset password, and save.
