How to Email Records to a Client or a Veterinary Practice

DO NOT send records to someone who is not listed as a main or secondary contact.

ALWAYS send records to veterinary practices regardless of the listed main or secondary contact.

  1. On the patient profile, select “Summaries”.

  1. Select “Summary Name” from drop-down menu. Data will auto-populate.
  2. Select “Editable Summary”.

  1. Select “Save”.

  1. Send “Save Email”.

  1. Select or enter email address under “Destination”.
  2. Select appropriate “Email Template”.
  3. Check all optional attachments.
  4. Send.
