- Client is required to pay full deposit for all appointments at time of scheduling (no discounts on deposits).
- Client is to be informed that if they are late AT ALL to their appointment, it will be rescheduled, and their deposit will be forfeited (always suggest clients arrive early and remind them of traffic and trains). This policy does not include surgery.
- Client is to be informed that if they need to make any changes to their appointment, they must do so at least 24 hours in advance, or their deposit will be forfeited (they will need to make another deposit).
- If client is a “no-show” for an appointment, they have forfeited their deposit.
