Can be placed in “Fetch” and “Meals on Wheels” blocks if they are still open within 48 hours

Can be placed anywhere else with approval from CSRs

THIS TYPE OF APPOINTMENT SHOULD BE USED FOR:

• Boosters for vaccines received during Spay & Save surgery

Patients that have only been here for S&S and are coming back for boosters, must see a doctor for this appointment since their initial exam was a pre-op exam. This appointment is offered to keep pets on their booster schedule.

THIS APPOINTMENT SHOULD NOT BE USED FOR:

• Patient was not spayed or neutered through Spay & Save
• Patient has new presenting problem (schedule Sick Pet or Urgent Care exam)
• Patient needs a full exam (schedule Sick Pet or Urgent Care exam)
• Patient is under 5 months of age (schedule Progress Exam)
