• Doctor or support staff request ONLY

If a DVM Directed exam is not filled within 24 hours, CRC can use the block for any 30-minute exam

THIS TYPE OF APPOINTMENT SHOULD NOT BE USED FOR:

• Patient has new presenting problem not included in original exam (schedule Sick Pet or Urgent Care exam)
• Patient needs suture removal (schedule Tech appointment)
• Patient has not been seen at CVH for the same problem within 30 days (schedule Sick Pet or Urgent Care exam)
