THIS TYPE OF APPOINTMENT SHOULD BE USED FOR:

• Client is unsure if pet’s illness is treatable or if it is time for euthanasia

OWNER MUST BRING OR SEND US CURRENT MEDICAL RECORDS

If the doctor determines that euthanasia is not the best option for the pet, the appointment will convert to Sick Pet and cost $95
