THIS TYPE OF APPOINTMENT SHOULD BE USED FOR:

• Client is specifically seeking euthanasia for medical related issues (not behavioral)

 If multiple EOLs are already on a doctor's schedule for a specific day, Teams CSRs for approval.

Three family members and family pets can attend an EOL appointment for dogs and cats, although there is room for more as necessary. 

All veterinarians at CVH will see small animals for EOL services

Owners cannot be present for small animal EOL services

CVH will not take urgent/emergency EOL appointments during the hours of 12:00-2:00pm
