$25 deposit required to schedule

20-minute appointment – tech staff only (no doctor)

Place in “Tech A” or “Teck B” blocks

Can be placed elsewhere with CVH approval if patient cannot wait several weeks

THIS TYPE OF APOINTMENT SHOULD BE USED FOR:

• Established patients 5 MONTHS OR OLDER
• Patients who have had an exam at CVH in the last year
• Vaccine boosters
• Nail trim (extra charge if additional assistance is required)
• Anal gland expression
• Cytopoint/Adequan/Solensia injections previously prescribed by a CVH doctor within the last year
• Blood draws/urine/fecal collection if unable to collect at prior appointment (urine/fecal collection must be within 30 days of blood panel package)
• Suture removal

THIS APPOINTMENT TYPE SHOULD NOT BE USED FOR:

• Patient has not had an exam at CVH within the last year
• PATIENT IS UNDER 5 MONTHS OF AGE
• Patient has new presenting problem
• Patient needs a full exam
• Patient needs to see a doctor
• Client wants to speak to a doctor
• Patient has only been seen through Spay & Save
