Do not use blue “Sick Pet” blocks more than 7 days in advance

THIS TYPE OF APPOINTMENT SHOULD BE USED FOR:

• Pet has current or presenting problem that does not require urgent or emergency care
• X-ray for determining pregnancy
• Parasite treatment (fleas, tapeworms, etc.)
• Sedated medical clips (trimming of mats or sanitation) – can only be scheduled for established patients. THIS IS NOT GROOMING.
  • If the pet is marked as “Caution”, lengthen the Sick Pet appointment to 1 hour
  • Must be scheduled on a DVM block, not “Tech”
