Definitions

  • Talent Acquisition (TA): the recruitment and hiring function of the organization, under the People & Culture team.

  • PD, Position Description: outlines and describes the role, responsibilities, and requirements.

  • Paycom:  OHS’ system of record for payroll, timekeeping, and job applicant tracking (ATS) functions

 

Procedures

  1. During the recruitment kick-off, the Talent Acquisition and Hiring Manager discuss the recruitment avenues to advertise, as appropriate to the role.

  2. Talent Acquisition (TA) posts the open position PD in the following career websites:

    1. Paycom

    2. Careers webpage on OHS’s website

    3. Industry sector career opportunities websites (see Resources below)
